In repsone to Daily Post’s Photo Challenge Narrow
The knife edge acrete of Crib Goch is one of the best ridge walks in all of the UK. This narrow strip of rock is a Welsh gem that takes climbers from the lower edges of the Pyg Track directly to the summit of Wales’s second highest mountain, Garnedd Ugain. Crib Goch means Red Ridge in Welsh and its considered one of the most advanced mountain climbing routes in Snowdonia. The Snowdonia National Park Authority even states that this mountain is not one for the inexperienced.

I hadn’t thought about knife edge ridges, which I used to like a lot better when I was younger. Now they make me nervous!
